Troubleshooting: I am unable to see the donation option on my product page?

There are several reasons you are unable to see the widget on the Cart Page.
  1. You are placing the Short Code at wrong file/place
    Make sure you have placed the code inside product-template.liquid and if your theme doesn’t have product-template.liquid then paste the code inside product.liquid.

  2. Your theme structure is different
    Some of the themes don't have the similar file structures, in this case please feel free to get in touch with us at support@zestard.com.

  3. You are with 2.0 Theme
     If you are using Theme 2.0 then there is no need to paste the short code inside any theme files.
